Binocular Strap Poll

An informal poll:

I voted other, because I use both a store-bought neck strap, AND a harness - it just depends on the situation.
I always leave the neck strap attached. But when I'm going to be doing a good bit of walking I will attach the harness and use it.

I really should get a harness...after a long day of birding my neck hurts.

Grant, that's a good approach. I'm a harness guy, but I find that sometimes, I just hang the harness over my neck like a neckstrap because I'm just doing a short trip or I have a big jacket on.

Corey, join the clan of the binocular bra!

I've been using a harness but may have to stop now that you've referred to it as a bra.

Harness, not bra! Actually, I fit into the other category as well, because I often have my camera on the harness, and my bins on a wrist strap. If only someone would make a harness that would accommodate both!

Right now I use the neck strap that came with the binoculars. With my last two pairs I used a Neoprene strap that I had bought separately. I have used a harness occasionally, but I don't like it because it's harder to get on and off. I also didn't notice much reduction in back pain while wearing it.
