PBS Show about JJ Audubon

The PBS Show "American Masters" is showcasing John James Audubon this month. Check the show's web site for a nice biography of Audubon and show times.

I saw it last night and thought it was quite good; I'm not sure most birders will learn much, but it was a lot of fun to see Mill Grove and some of the other localities. And there were a few pretty bird pictures, too. I'd recommend seeing it when you can. I could have done without the voice-overs in a French accent, but that's showbiz, I guess.

I missed it last night, but set my DVR to record it on Sunday. I'm looking forward to seeing it. JJA is such an interesting character.

I watched some of that-2 of his kids died.-He went over seas without his family and painted a nude woman-then wrote to his wife to tell her about it!-It looked fascinating-I hope it gets replayed, because I only saw a little bit.
