I read in a book once that some of our pharmaceuticals are turning frogs into hermaphrodites. But since there are so many antidepressants being spilled into the water, the frogs don't care.

Seriously, though. That was an interesting article. Something as "harmless" as cinnamon and vanilla affecting salmon.
I read something similar about the pharmaceuticals. I've also heard that hormones from birth control pills that seep into drinking water are lowering men's testosterone levels.
